Summary The Senior Associate, Sales Training Operations will be responsible for advising, managing, and maintaining accurate records for sales training programs and events. This individual has responsibility to manage and advise on all training processes, including development and maintenance of classroom programs, policies and procedures, as well as scheduling management. This includes logistics management of live training classes, as well as management of all resources including online systems and the intranet. Responsibilities Training Room Access & Strategy: Lead the process creation, management and maintenance for DSAC & DSPD for Sales Training Center Space. Will require consultation and collaboration across all HQ functions and variety of levels. Responsibility will require conflict management, continuous improvement, and monitoring and leading report backs to stakeholders to ensure that priorities are achieved. Proactive issue resolution and forward planning skills are necessary. Sales Training Operations: Plans, monitors and manages sales training projects from initiation through completion. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Projects will include, but are not limited to: (1) establishing and maintaining an audit program for key processes and systems supporting sales training, (2) leading PMRT needs and requirements for the Sales Training Department, (3) maintaining the annual training curriculum tracking, (4) serving as point for Purchase Order requests, new vendor agreements for the Sales Training Department, and (5) leading the Department's Records Management Process . Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Coordination of the Sales Training Program with key internal functions will be critical to ensure an effective & compliant program. Other functions include; but are not limited to: Sales Operations, Compliance, Human Resources, and Finance. Responsible for preparing and managing all necessary class logistics and materials for live training classes to include Leadership Development, New Hire, and Virtual Trainings and may include development, finalization and implementation of any associated materials. Responsibility will include proactive assessment of opportunities for improvement and efficiencies for these systems and processes. Sales Training Interface: Will serve as content owner/project lead for Sales Training Website and other business interfacing platforms related to Sales Training (Intranet, Sales Training Mailbox, VEEVA VAULT). Will manage submissions for PMRT documents in support of Sales Training and Strategic Sales function as needed. Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience Qualifications 4 or More Years Overall professional work experience required required 1 or More Years Training related experience and/or administrative support preferred Less Than 1 Year Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Physical Requirements Lifting & transporting training materials up to 70 lbs. 10% of Time Travel Ability to travel up to 20% Overnight Travel including field contacts, advisory board and task force meetings, National Meetings, POA meetings and additional training initiatives.
